Brass Polished
If you want a little sparkle in your design, Polished Brass can't be ignored. Luxurious, brilliant, golden, warm and all kinds of bling, this finish really dials up the drama. We hand polish our brass to a full mirror polish reflecting the space around it in a gold glow. Because the surface is so smooth, we want to make sure you know that it can scratch very easily and will show finger prints readily since we are not able to add a top protective coat to our polished finishes. Make sure you have a good cleaning system in place to keep it looking gorgeous for the long haul!
We recommend to use polish sparingly by keeping it as trim and highlight to other beautiful metals and patinas to keep it all grounded and let that polish really steal the show.
No mottling of the surface at all, simply a mirror smooth reflective surface on the face of the raw metal.
Polishing is a labor intensive process. Therefore, it will add a higher cost to your project than our other Specialty Metal finishes like Burnished, Antique and Washed.
