Brass Antique

For those who love the glow of brass, but want a little richness of time already built in, we offer Antique Brass. This finish softens the bright golds of raw brass with warm, brown undertones like natural tarnish on a heirloom piece that has been loved and worn over decades. This finish really has the feeling of history, elegance, soulful and lived in.

As with any of our Antique finishes on different metals, you can choose to have the Antiquing as a "halo", darkening around the trim and edges, or "non-halo", offering a more even tone, with slight mottling, across the entire piece.

Perfect when you know you want a touch of gold, but not looking for something fresh and bright.

Antique does add a bit of cost to the finish due to the added labor involved. Also worth noting that the non-halo adds even a hair more since we have to patina all pieces separately then reassemble once complete.
